Lincoln is one of the
new green horses in 2009. He is such a good boy and takes care of his rider,
if he knows you're nervous going to a fence he wont go over it. Which can be
annoying but shows that he doesn't want to do anything his rider doesn't want
to do. He is very loyal and really takes care of the rider, even when they
fall; for example, when someone fainted on him he stayed right with her until
help arrived. He was the first horse I ever jumped over the bank, and despite
my awkward jumping position he jumped it beautifully and was even better the
second time around; he was also one of the first green horses I rode and took

Lincoln is a sweet
tempered rescue horse. He is a smooth ride, especially his sitting trot where
you feel like you are floating on air. He has come a long way since his start
at longacres in the 2009 summer and is figuring out jumping. He loves
attention, be it mounted or unmounted and would be content to be groomed for
hours. Although he can be a little excitable on trails he is willing to try
and happy to please.
