We smell some FOOD coming our way!!!
Brody is fat and happy like most of his well fed and lightly worked Longacres friends this month!
Boo also looking very good
BOO-OOO!
Even old Patti is looking pretty fit and well fed
Brownie - he seems to be getting more than his share of chow!
The Big Boy - Diesel is great to have with us this month.
Today was a breezy day at Longacres.
The grass is growing up all around the jumps - we'll be putting all the jumps away this weekend
The flowers are growing well around the water jump - which Robyn conquered this summer.
We have a sign out front to give away free hay bales - we need to get them off the field where we had them to decorate the jumps for the Derby. You can see how hard they are on the grass when they sit here for a few weeks.
Pretty soon moving and adjusting jumps will be just a memory from the summer of 2008
The front walk to the office today - it is getting to be THAT time of year!
Tom has been getting back into flying his electric airplanes since the end of our season - here is a wing that said "Hello" to a jump stand while coming in for a landing.
The nose of Tom's old high performance plane (Stryker) after numerous Epoxy glue repairs. I am still flying it to get back in practice for - - -
- - - for THIS new Stryker, a souped up brushless model that is very fast. I have successfully flown it about eight times so far, with great care - no tricks with this one yet! It scares me it is so fast.
